Getting prepared

Before you start this course, make sure you´ve got everything you need in place

  • Tuning forks

    • Although you can start this course without the need of the tuning forks, you will pretty soon come to the first exercises where you will need them. So if you don’t yet have them, or if you haven’t ordered them yet, please do so. You can purchase the three tuning forks in the link below.

Headphones

  • We recommend professional studio or high end headphones in order to listen to the three main soundscapes. The better the headphones, the better your listening experience will be.

  • You should listen to these soundscapes often, meditating on them, using them during your exercises etc. The more you get familiar with the frequencies and their feel, the better.

  • Download content

    • We recommend you download the soundscapes to your devices in order to be able to listen to them whenever, wherever.

CONNECT WITH THE TEACHER AND THE GROUP

  • Once you’ve signed up for the course we will add you to our group chat

  • You will be able to ask questions directly to the teacher and interact with other students live once a month

  • We also use the group chat to share relevant content and links to related web pages, music and more.
